4. What physical characteristics do you prefer? Color, coat type, sex, height, build? What is your time frame for purchasing a Jack Russell Terrier?

5. Please describe the personality and behavior traits you desire in a Jack Russell Terrier.

14. Will you be taking your puppy to training classes or will you train him/her yourself at home? Have you ever trained a dog before? If yes, briefly explain.

15. Are you aware of the yearly and potential lifetime costs of owning and caring for a Jack Russell Terrier? Are you capable of and are you willing to provide for your dog if an emergency arose and the costs were in the low thousands? I do not want my puppies going to someone who will euthanize them to avoid paying for something treatable such as a broken leg or intestinal surgery due to foreign body.
